Magnesium Spray + Pain Relief
Magnesium is a naturally occurring mineral that the body needs for neurological functioning. It helps us sleep, relaxes restless legs, helps relieve muscle cramping, and helps muscles recover from over exertion, and helps the immune system. Basically everything. It's amazing what this little white crystal can do. You can take magnesium orally but for many people (like me) it can upset digestion. This is super concentrated blended with a blend of essential oils (that smell so good..think wintergreen) to spray on the skin and absorb transdermally.
I made this blend specifically for severe muscle cramps & recovery, and for my clients who have severe restless leg syndrome.
To Use: Shake, spray 4-5 sprays on targeted area for treatment sore muscles, restless leg, etc. Morning and night for transdermal mineral absorption.
Ingredients: Magnesium flakes, filtered h2o, vegetable glycerine (for suspension of essential oils), wintergreen, camphor, peppermint oil, yang slang, heliochruysum, blue tansy, chamomile, frankincense, lavender.
